PLASTIC TANK ACCESSORIES AND SPIN WELD FITTING
AIMS offers an extensive line of high quality fittings for tanks and IBCs, including spin weld raised and flush FPT fittings, spin weld slip fittings, spin weld patches, spin weld lids, spin weld bosses, as well as tank grommets, tanks lick wheels and heavy duty PP and PE bulkhead fittings. Spin Welding is the process of friction welding fittings to containers or tanks with high RPM. When properly done the fitting becomes integral with the container and will become almost as durable.
AIMS DOUBLE BOND NYLON HOSE CLAMP
AIMS Fasteners's double bond hose clamps feature a double tooth interlocking jaw for exceptional strength. Parts are molded in black durable nylon 6/6 and are quick and easy to install. An overlapping tapered ring is fastened around the hose or tubing and secured to the required tightness by compressing the double griping interacting grooves in a ratcheting fashion, creating a tight sealing application. Clamps have good chemical resistance and are tough, corrosion resistant and resilient. Clamps can be removed by separating the clamping halves in perpendicular direction at the seal. In order to maintain flexibility during application, nylon clamps should be kept slightly moist until applied.
