Smart Band - AIMS

The revolutionary new Smart Band opens a new era in "fit and forget" hose clamping and heavy duty bundling applications. Made of glass filled nylon and reinforced with a double thread of glass fiber, the Smart Band comes in continuous bands which may be easily cut in any number of desired lengths, and then applied with a tight fitting head. The Smart Band's strength and flexibility will answer most large diameter hose clamping and bundling requirements without the many safety risks of sharp edged metal clamps.

Smart Band® Standard

The Smart Band Standard buckle system is a simple yet effective plastic band and buckle system.
Typical applications include:
Offshore: cable bundling, pile protection, subsea marker attachment and anode attachment
Onshore: street furniture, sign attachment, insulation, electrical, cooling towers, HVAC (flexible ducting) and chemical

Smart Band S

Smart Band is an ideal alternative to a variety of alternative metallic strapping solutions such as Stainless Steel, Titanium, Monel & Alloy 625.

The Patent Pending Smart Band® Hybrid system denotes the mixture of polymers within the buckle part which allows for a dramatic increase in strength.
High Strength Glass filled teeth are snapped into a more flexible plastic buckle to create the perfect combination allowing the Smart band hybrid system to become the strongest plastic band & buckle system in the world.
